Chandelier Transformations Youth Mentoring is closing the opportunity and empowerment gap faced by far too many girls across Tampa Bay and surrounding communities. Our transformative programs are intentionally designed to nurture the whole child—mind, body, and spirit—through our signature pillars: Confidence, Competence, and Calling.
Through these pillars, we create safe, inspiring, future-focused spaces where girls develop strong communication skills, thrive in community, and prepare for college, career, and leadership pathways that shape generations.
