Welcome to Chandeliers Transformations Youth Mentoring (CTYM), founded in 2017 by an Army Veteran. As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, we're dedicated to reshaping narratives and empowering individuals in low-income communities, particularly women of color. With a remarkable 98% graduation rate from high school, CTYM stands out for its commitment to fostering resilience and equipping girls from marginalized backgrounds.

Our mission extends beyond mentorship, empowering not only girls but also their families with essential skills like self-advocacy, motivation, leadership, and financial literacy. We offer mentorship programs in various domains, engaging with students and parents in the Tampa Bay Area through one-on-one coaching, speaking engagements, community involvement, and social activities.
CTYM supports our community with scholarships, parenting workshops, job skills training, placement services, and assistance in building businesses—a holistic approach fostering resilience and empowerment at every stage.
Join us in creating an environment where youth feel empowered and ready to become the Trailblazers and Global Leaders of tomorrow, contributing to a more equitable society for all.
We believe all women can embrace who they are,
can define their future and can change the world.
